Inabling belief
It seems some beliefs inablise a person from believing in others. example some who have a problem with intelligent design struggle with it, not due to its intellectual merit or due to it being illogical, but directly due to the overconfident stance they have on a competing belief, in this case atheistic naturalism or evolution, this may be in spite of sound or unsound reasoning. People place their trust on that which they have reason to believe is true. They may not know its true in the same fashion that imperical truths are known, or logical necessary truths like 2+2=4 or if person A is taller than person B and person C is taller than person A then it is necessarilly true that person C is taller then person A. These truths are necessary truths that go unchallenged or conclusive truths. verifiable truths have room for counter arguments due to the need of verification, which can lead to more and more verifications add infinitum. If someone has reason to believe something is true but do not know it to be true like necessary or conclusive truths than even the atheist must place their faith in their views just like those who place faith in religion.
